What is table football ?

Domestic door for foosball opened after revulution, in same form as darts or pool(billiards), in restaurants and bars. First player association in Czech republic(CFO) was established in 1999, since than this sport made a great boom and from 2002, when international organization ITSF was established, Czech republic came along as one of the best countries in foosball.

Today in Czech republic are over 2000 registered players which participate in teams and individual competion at regional, national and world tournaments. From restaurants foosball is moved to gymnasiums, sport centers and clubs with same standart and norm as it is in all other of 60 members of ITSF. All arrounds the world every day there are new training camps and in front of tv cameras there are each year 50 world tournaments in every corner of the world.

Foosball made opening on eurosport tv chanell with two 30 minutes clips. ITSF is member od WADA(World anti doping agency) and IOC(international olympic councile). Foosball is on waiting list to become a recognised olympic sport.
